Exceptional Service
They provide a great product. They installed a furnace and air conditioner in a new house I am building. Everything was top notch, they even came back out and moved the system and duct work when I made last minute changes to my floor plan. Itemized Cost
Excel was the only company who itemized cost and showed us how the costs broke down. We had over 8 different companies in the Sioux City area look at the home and quote us. He came in $5,000 less and with better warranties! He was also the one who was able to problem solve how to HVAC our 4.000+sqft home the best way possible.

Quick and Efficient
I emailed through their website late at night that my air was not working and it’s HOT, he contacted me first thing in the morning and came out on Friday, July 3rd, the day many businesses are observing the holiday. He was here by 9:30, replaced the part, and was on his way. The air is working again and I didn’t have to pay holiday pay! I believe him to be fair in his charges. Nice guy, quick and efficient!

Very Honest Work
I highly recommend these guys….Very knowledgeable and very honest work. They hand their hands full working on my system since last the guy who installed my ac unit new screwed me over more ways than one. They fixed what I saw was worse than a three ring circus. So these guys know what they are doing!
